Returns and exchanges can be processed by mail only for items ordered online. 

All returns must include the packing slip with order details.

*If your order was filled incorrectly or you have a question regarding an order you received, please contact us. Include your order number with your inquiry.

*When returning by mail, once we have received your package at our fulfillment center, allow us 3-5 business days to process your return.
